What We Do
Conflict can be defined as a serious disagreement or argument about something important — and conflict has separated families, couples, and friends more times than any of us can count. The Conflict Management Unit of Hillcross Ministry exists to manage and handle the conflicts of our clients, working toward a win-win solution rather than a winner and a loser.
How It Works
Grounded in biblical principles of reconciliation and peacemaking, this Unit offers:
- Mediation for conflicts within families, marriages, and friendships
- A structured process aimed at a win-win resolution, not simply ending the argument
- Confidential, judgment-free conversations rooted in Scripture
- Close coordination with the Family Counseling Unit for conflicts within marriages and households
